Great, robust, well-made product. It folds in and out well, making it tuck away or extend. It holds our 10” iPad very well.The best part? The customer service. Ours broke due to the adjustment knob cracking which made it insecure to the head rest. Upon emailing them directly and sending photos, they replaced it right away.Very happy with the product and the customer service!

Works as described, great customer support
The item was very easy to install and worked just as pictured! It easily fit my son’s iPad 11.5 inch. We did have issues with the knobs that screw on and attach to the seat, they broke off about 6 days after installation, when I hit a bump in the road due to maybe the weight of the iPad I assume but I felt like it should be prepared for that being what the product is. I did however immediately reach out to customer support through the product website like directed and they were wonderful! They responded very fast and they sent a replacement item in about 3 days after discussing everything and probably would have been faster if it wasn’t a holiday weekend but the replacement is here and working great and they gave another warranty on the replacement!
