Excellent quality and very strong adhesive
These replacement plates are exactly what I needed to keep my devices secure. The adhesive is incredibly strong and stays put once applied, which is a huge relief. They are thin enough to fit under a case or directly on a device without being bulky, but they still provide a very solid connection to the mount. It’s a great, simple solution for adding more devices to my setup.

Great replacement for new iPhone 8, new case, old magic dash mount!
I have been using the Scosche Magic Mount system in my car for nearly a year now and I LOOOOOVE it!! If you use it too, chances are you probably read my review for the dash mount. However, I recently upgraded from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 8 and my plate was stuck to the back of my case. New phone, new case, new magic mount plate. Also, my last magic mount plate was black. My new phone is gold, so I wanted to get a gold plate to match.Everything arrived well packaged and with all the necessary instructions etc. I stuck it on without any problems and it works perfectly! All that being said, I have a few quibbles with these plates. First, the gold color of the new iPhone 8 doesn’t quite match the gold color of these plates. The gold of the iPhone 8 has a rosier hue than the plates. I wish they matched better, but it’s honestly not bad. Second, these plates do tend to have their color wear off over time, and that is based on my year of experience with the black ones. I had to color over spots with sharpie many times when the black rubbed off and the silver plate beneath was revealed. It just starts to look cheap and tacky after 6 months. Obviously that hasn’t happened with this plate yet but I anticipate that it will and I will have to buy new ones. That being said, at $10, I can afford to replace the plates every 6 months. I only use the middle/medium size plate for my iPhone so I wish I had the option of buying a 3 pack of just that size, but I don’t. Boo. The other two just go to waste. Lastly, I’m pretty OCD about things being straight and even, and it’s a little hard to apply these plates just perfectly without using some kind of accessory like what comes with glass screen protectors to apply them evenly. I wish these plates would come with some sort of similar guide or accessory to help apply them squarely.One final personal note: After much trial and error, I have found that the best place to put this place to use it with the dash mount in the car is at the bottom of the phone (see pics), horizontally. It holds it very securely, makes for the best viewing angle and doesn’t interfere with wireless charging etc.I hope this helps someone else! For the record I did NOT get this product for free or at a discount. I paid full price!

Measurements & adhering
Measurements on largest plate in package. 2 1/8″ (almost) long side. 1 5/16″ short side. Holds an iPhone 17 Pro Max on a short Scosche Magic Mount Pro. I place the plate on the bottom of the case bc that’s all the room I have on my console. But it holds it well. The thicker plate makes it too hard to pull off the mount. I use a few drops of Gorilla Glue Instant Glue on the almost useless 3M sticker, then place it on the case at the bottom, below the magnetic charging area. Works great.

Purchased these to put on back on iPhone. Have a good magnet mount in work truck and this 3M magnet is very strong. No issues with phone falling when driving work truck. Case I’m using is otterbox case.

Viene en 3 diferentes tamaños que están perfectos para diferentes usos (yo por ahora utilicé el más grande en la funda de mi celular).No es intrusivo. Love, love, love this whole Scoshe system. I have them on each of our phones (husband, son and I) and our tablets. Great for the car and I have a mount in the kitchen to hold my tablet for when I’m cooking and need to look at recipes. Love that they make the silver even though it doesn’t match my silver LG5 perfectly, it’s better than a black one.
