Ok. Let me start by saying I am rough with phone holders. Now this one did come with little cleaning pads to clean the surface first before placing the ring on the back of your phone. (Actually came with 2 rings.. bonus). I have an old phone I use as a tablet and my phone so the 2 rings were perfect. But maybe use error because the ring on the old phone didn’t stay. No problem. But this is a tough holder. I will say it doesn’t stick everywhere. I stick it to my wall. It let go and my phone with the holder still attached fell onto the floor. So it doesn’t work on all surfaces. Maybe also make it so that the neck is about an inch or 2 longer so that when I am using this on the table and need to charge my phone I’m not putting a kink in the phone charging cord. I love that it’s compact. I love it’s pink. The price was not bad. It was very easy to use right it is the box. It takes some getting used to and the magnet holding the phone is very strong.

Doesn’t stick to surfaces. Just randomly falls.
This mount will not stay in place. It keeps falling off my mirror. I have cleaned the mount. The mirror. Everything and it’s not even holding my phone and it falls. The other day it fell caused my phone to crack the screen protector. So this doesn’t last very long. Be prepared to have to replace it after a few months.

Good: it does sock to windows tight. And it is made of pretty sturdy material.But however, I don’t think it is not obvious in the listing description and the manufacturer pictures, that you need to glue a magnetic ring to your phone to work. And there are 2 magnetic rings included in the package. From the listing pictures, you assume the phone will just stick to it (without extra application). Not sure if that qualifies as a misrepresentation.3 stars for it actually works. But there is a key functionality misrepresented.

Keep up with small maintenance to work best
Had this phone mount for a few months now, it works best with a magnetic phone case, the suction cup gets dirty after a while and starts to fall down but was able to clean with an alcohol wipe, the bolts also got so loose to the point that my phone was almost always tipped down but I was able to tighten the screws and it is working great now
