As a coach I chose this book to get a new outlook on GRIT to reframe the concept to my players. I love everything about this book although I would’ve reframed the chapter about trash talking and would’ve focused more on athletes being more affirmative of themselves (which you covered later throughout the book). Again, I loved this book and would recommend to my athletes, fellow coaches, and parents! These topics are key to being great and I love that it was a father/son duo!
