Functional quality
Holds the phone securely and when not in use the fact that it is on the visor…it folds up and out of the way. Not indestructible but not cheap either.

Can hold larger phones
It works well if you like things off to the side. If you have larger phones like iPhones 15 and higher, it will hold up.

It does exactly what I wanted it to, though it is a trade off…
I fastened this to my sun visor. Now, I cannot use my sun visor if the sun is in my eyes – but, that is almost never so, not much of a loss. But, more importantly, I can see my GPS exactly where I want it for driving… So, the car GPS holder stays tucked up on the left side of the visor for when I need it. For that reason, it does a great job holding my phone steady and I can easily move it in any direction for my best viewing. It is a keeper for me.

Doesn’t work on 2025 Chevy Trax
Did not work in my 2025 Chevy Trax!! Very frustrating I’ve been trying to find something and I thought this would be it, NOPE IT DOESNT FIT ANYWHERE in my Trax unless it’s close enough to kiss the screen or obstructs my view. And it falls out or pinches my fingers putting my phone inside the handles. I returned it.

Good idea but has some disadvantages
Looking for something to use on car trips when I’m the passenger. What I’ve learned after using this holder is that once I get in the position I want it, then I can’t lower or adjust the visor. The grips are so tight I often pinch my fingers when trying to put it in the holder or removing it. Also, I find it hard to position my phone in the grips because I like to have it centered but then the grips press on the volume and on/off button.
