Great option for powering multiple USB devices off a single USB port. Three devices works.
This USB splitter works great for powering multiple devices off a single USB port.I ordered the three way splitter which has one USB-A plug that splits into three USB-A ports. The overall length is roughly 9″ from end to end. I find the length is enough to separate the items plugging in but not so long as to create a mess of wires.My primary reason for ordering this is sometimes I want to run more USB devices on my car than the car’s charger has available. For these devices I don’t need fast charging capabilities, they just need basic power. This has worked great for every device. I have tested with three USB devices and all three worked.Included in that, I was able to power a Carplay screen using this splitter. The splitter plugs into my car charger and then I plug one of the power cables into the splitter to power the Carplay screen.

Better Than A USB HUB
Super handy little USB splitter, I replaced one of those old 4x USB hubs and its much cleaner for cable management. I have too many USB powered desktop accessories like a fan, lights, and a clock but its rather bulky having to plug in 3 separate power supplies so this solves that problem neatly. Its a good price and the braided cables feel robust enough to last for a long time without breaking.

This 1 Male to 3 Female USB cable is a lifesaver for my charging needs.Most of these adapters do not allow for charging, only for data transfer. The fact that I can use this to connect three devices to charge and only use the one port on my surge protector is great!I personally am using this to allow for a rechargeable fan to drip charge, a game controller dock and a wireless headset charger to be connected to a single port. All charge at once, though I doubt they fast charge. This is not needed for my uses so I am not concerned by this, but you may want to measure your own charging levels and compare to the output capability of the cable.For anyone who needs to conserve their ports or simply does not have access to multiple on one charging block this is a great option.
