    Should have known better.
    The recipes are great but it sucks for me since most measurements are metric.Had i known that beforehand I never would have purchased it.Even having asked Rufus for clarification it wasn’t clear re measurements..there has got to be a better way to find out such critical information.

    Vegetable dishes that aren’t about being on a diet
    The perfect guide to cooking vegetables beautifully and as a main course. Most books about veg are diet, calorie counting bores. This book is the antidote to that. Easy to follow and the results were phenomenal. Super happy with this purchase.

    Mostly good condition, just scuffed on both covers
    Got it fast and in good condition for the most part, just a little disappointed that the front and back covers seem to be scuffed or dirty. It is going to be a gift so I’m a little disappointed about that.
