My favorite brand of yogurt
Boss is my very favorite yogurt. The blueberry is flavorful and healthy and fresh tasting: it has a great consistency that is definitely not runny but not too thick either. This is a low sugar food. The lid can be a little difficult to remove. Overall this yogurt is a great value for the money.

Tastes like frozen yogurt that’s not frozen – that’s a big compliment
I know that dairy is a vital part of your daily nutritional needs. I get some from adding skim or low fat milk to my coffee, but that’s not enough to meet your daily requirements. I have been making it up with yogurt, which not only adds dairy, but has additional probiotic benefits. As far as regular yogurt goes, the trade offs are sweeteners and fat content. When I say trade offs, obviously the fully sweetened ones taste the best, but are not great for watching sugar intake. The lower fat ones usually make up for the flavor with various sweeteners, and the no sugar ones use artificial sweeteners that may be worse for you than sugar.With that said, this brand (I have tried more than one flavor) are hands down the best tasting yogurt I have tried. If you enjoy frozen yogurt, some is as good as regular ice cream, and some are close. I’m not that picky, so I just happy to get the dairy intake. The first thing I thought with this brand was it was rich and creamy and tasted like a dessert. As long as you are okay with the carbs, this has nothing artificial in it, and tastes amazing. As good as it gets, and I have tried them all.
