Lots of nice recipes, some pretty simple, others a bit more complex. I appreciate the pictures, because for me, SEEING the food before I try to make it, is a must. I recommend this cookbook.

A not-to-be-missed great read
This book’s intro and preamble to each recipe was written with true heart. This person knew the Today staff, on screen talent and guests, and spoke about them as one would of their own family. Which makes sense because they always say they are a family. It shows how close they really are. Oh yeah, and let’s not forget the recipes! Also very well written and easy to follow. Thanks for such a great book!

An amazing cook book, and even though I had to wait a long time for mine, it was worth it, as it was a mother’s day gift. I am now asked to make some of the things in the book, as my mom likes to take over my kitchen, a very good book for those that love to cook!

The recipes are great but damaged cover.
I was very disappointed with the condition in which the cookbook arrived. It was supposed to be a gift but the binding and corners were torn and damaged. It looked used and was loose in the box with no protective packaging. I am keeping it because I like the chefs and recipes featured but I can’t give it as a gift in this condition.

I loved the book. Nice pictures too. One disappointment, it was sent in a box with no newspaper or bubbles in it to protect the book. So the book got damaged in the delivery.
