    EMOTIONAL DAMAGE
Well I’m sad as heck now, thought I would listen to this on a drive and yeesh. What a way to rip a heart out.

    Sad!
This is a story about life and love and not love and sadness. Family and not having a family and loss and life. Enjoy!

Another short story in the series
This is the second short story in the collection I have read. The story moves along quickly with a sad tale of love. It has an abrupt and sad ending.

    Meh
Okay, abrupt ending. Realistically I liked the story, I just wish there was a little more…even for just a short story.

    Is this the real life?
A young man, loses both his parents, before high school is over. Alberto has to drop out of school and work for a living. He serves people in a restaurant, when a rich man hires him. Alberto realizes he was friends with the man’s wife a long time ago.

    Missed out
Alberto finds meaning in his life of service to others. The one he thinks got away is thrust back into his sphere. Lola seemed nice in their younger years, but not so much now as she seeks to use him to spite her husband. Seems to me she missed out on him. A quietly thought-provoking tale about a man whose heart remained faithful to the girl he once knew but wouldn’t give in to his baser nature to be with her.

    Good
The emotions in this, loneliness and desire. I loved the main character and how this story is about someone somewhat plain and beautiful because of that. Lovely
